The villa is superb with a sea view and immediate access to Trescadec beach, the equipment and fittings of the villa are complete and the decoration superb Good point for the rest net above the living room.

Villa Ker Bunk
A real pleasure to have breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea!!! Modern decoration, with a few small touches to recall the historical dimension of the place. Really a place to recharge your batteries, a stone’s throw from the beach, and reconnect for a moment with History. It was with great emotion that we were able to visit the bunker, which has been preserved in the spirit of the time. Arnaud and Sylvie are attentive, responsive and very attentive hosts. A big thank-you!!

Villa Ker Bunk
We discovered Cap Sizun during this week of rest in Audierne. The house is superb and very well located, 25 m from the beach and 20 min from the port on foot: a great time. The only downside was that the weather was not kind to us.

Foire Aux Questions

  1. Check availability for the dates of your choice
  2. Saturday to Saturday rental
  3. Block the dates and book by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
  4. The deposit is cashed IF AND ONLY IF the reservation request is approved by the Villas du Cap team.
  1. You pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking (by credit card only).

  3. The amount of the deposit is then debited from your account.
  4. The Villas du Cap team will contact you to send you the rental contract and instructions on how to pay the balance.
  5. Pay the remaining balance, i.e. 70% of the total amount, 2 months before your arrival by bank transfer or credit card.

A deposit of €1,500 is required 2 weeks before your arrival. This deposit is returned within 15 days of the end of the rental period, less the cost of restoring the premises to their original state if any damage is found.

Cleaning is included in the price of your reservation

Yes, bed linen, towels and table linen are included.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Please note that the Trescadec beach is closed to pets between April and October.

Yes, you should know that for each villa :

  • smoking is prohibited
  • no pets allowed
  • no noise between 10pm and 8am
  • no parties
  • no stag or hen parties

Yes, the tax is included and the amount is automatically calculated at the time of booking. The amount is paid to the town of Audierne or Plouhinec, depending on the villa.
