  • smoking is prohibited
  • no pets allowed
  • no noise between 10pm and 8am
  • no parties
  • no stag or hen parties
Yes, the tax is included and the amount is automatically calculated at the time of booking. The amount is paid to the town of Audierne or Plouhinec, depending on the villa.

  1. Check availability for the dates of your choice
  2. No specific day of arrival but a minimum of 3 nights
  3. Block the dates and book by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
  4. The deposit is cashed IF AND ONLY IF the reservation request is approved by the Villas du Cap team.
  1. You pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking (by credit card only).

  3. The amount of the deposit is then debited from your account.
  4. The Villas du Cap team will contact you to send you the rental contract and instructions on how to pay the balance.
  5. Pay the remaining balance, i.e. 70% of the total amount, 2 months before your arrival by bank transfer or credit card.
A deposit of €1,500 is required 2 weeks before your arrival. This deposit is returned within 15 days of the end of the rental period, less the cost of restoring the premises to their original state if any damage is found.
Cleaning is included in the price of your reservation.
Yes, bed linen, towels and table linen are included.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Please note that the Trescadec beach is closed to pets between April and October.
